To allow a cleaner separation of traditional computing with the highly specialised area of digital photography and digital image manipulation - 3-8-tivity has launched a new company called  3-8-tive 360˚ . "People seem to not understand that a company can be good at more than one thing, and assume that a specialist company will be better... " - said the MD, Michael Autumn - "... so we are giving them what they want!

" 3-8-tive 360˚  will focus on mainly creative photographic work, particularly in the creation of virtual tours, object photography, and 360˚ panoramas - for which we are getting a lot of business and see a huge future potential. 3-8-tivity itself will remain largely computing-based, and we are seeing huge benefits by being in the cloud and just not having toworry about storage, bandwidth, and processing power - and this is giving us the confidence to design more ambitious systems. One of which is a very exciting project which is actually a tie-in with virtual tours. Watch this space..."
