ImageZoomerURL™ is renamed to iz2u™.
This is a piece of re-branding: iz2u™ is less of a mouthful(!), is hopefully more memorable (pronounced “I said to you”), and more search-engine friendly. It also more directly highlights the power of the virtual gallery aspect of the technology: iz2u = (Image Zoomer 2 URL) What we are emphasising here is that your Zoomify™ images (images pre-prepared for zooming using the excellent Zoomify Converter™) could be anywhere on the web and you can leave them there - they do not need to be copied to our servers. iz2u™ will just display your (or anybody else’s) images to the viewing public on their browser by downloading our small, but powerful and flexible, image viewing tool to maximise their viewing experience. Not having to upload your high resolution images to our servers is a big advantage considering their file size - some of which run into giga bytes! However, we can still host your images on our servers and/or prepare them for zooming if required. Another advantage of this virtual hosting capability is that it gets around possible copyright concerns - of giving copies of your images to a third party: your images don’t have to leave your sight or your servers! |

38tivity announces its new Masterpiece service were they can take even low resolution digital images from the public, enhance them - in terms of colour, composition (like removing unwanted lampposts or people) - and enlarge them on to canvas (or paper if preferred) and frame them to make them as impressive as stately home paintings. Their artists achieve this by using raw artistic talent and the very best digital editing techniques and some techniques they prefer to keep from their competitors. They say that most people have taken a once-in-a-lifetime photograph that deserves to be given the Masterpiece treatment. The canvases are printed and treated in such a way that they will last for several generations - like any masterpiece should. Click here for more details | |
